We are so excited because we can finally get this building ball rolling! It all happened pretty quickly. The couple phoned on Sunday morning asking to see the house in the afternoon, they loved it, put in an offer, we accepted and signed papers (with no conditions) a few hours later. They take possession on July 24 so starting next week, we'll be packing up our house contents, moving some to the sea can at the land and the items we'll need to use will be going into the rental. We needed a house that we could purchase without seeing in person ahead of time, and this is how we ended up at 207 Klassen Crescent in the Hampton Village neighborhood.
