I remember my mom having to split a tylenol in two and crumble it up into milk so I could take it when I was young. For my first pregnancy I had a headache for 4 months. It may be a bit extreme, but so far, I get a feeling of strength, of motivation, of dedication, of "yes I can do it" whenever I look at, and read, one of the 'tickets' posted all over my house.
