Sunday, February 23, 2014. We are home from the hospital! I need strength because I feel like I'm breaking." And I am always strengthened. Heavenly Father hears my prayers and He tells me that I am not alone. Our trials have helped me to see. I love others more deeply than I did before. I feel more deeply than I did before. Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Mercedes, furniture and more furniture. To continue the last post, I've completed the teal T.V. stand! I painted the inside of the drawers "wet coral" which actually turned out looking quite orange next to the teal. I'm not in love with the two colors together but it will have to do for now, because it's going back into storage to make room for other furniture to work on. Thursday, April 26, 2012. I have hiccups for the 4th or 5th time in a row right now. Thursday, December 20, 2012. The other night we were working on a Family Night craft project and while using news paper to keep our area clean we noticed an interesting thing about one of the articles. See the photo below? Minus his mouth, this police man looks JUST like Taylor, about 10 years into the future. We got a good laugh out of that. But it is pretty strange. Last night I finished our stockings! Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Getting checked into the Hospital 1/2/1014. Life here has been pretty busy. Not because we are running here and there (well maybe I am), rushing around town, etc., but because Taylor has been in intense recovery from his surgery. Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Taylor had his second surgery today. They did the "Ileostomy Takedown" and Taylor is so happy. He no longer has an ostomy bag and now he just has to get used to the new reconstructed "plumbing" as he recovers from this surgery. I feel like posting a bunch of recent photos:.
