January 30, 2011. My enthusiasm over the fact that I was able to finally make pancakes out of the diet ingredients left me feeling anxious to get them made faster. Who has time to flip 3 pancakes when starving? While looking for where I unpacked my griddle I stumbled upon my flower shape pancake pan that I bought about 6 years ago and still hadn't used. This could cook all my pancakes at the same time and. They were a little tricky to flip, but I did manage to get 5 little pancakes out of the batter.

So in case you're wondering what the limits are on this body transformation diet that has compelled me to try and be as creative as possible in my meals, here is some background. I'm trying to stick to low glycemic meals. Focusing on proteins, complex carbohydrates and essential fats spread over 3 meals and 2 snacks spaced about 3 hours apart. No excess fats (only minimal amounts of essential fats, like olive oil). No carbohydrates 5-6 hours before bedtime. Plus plenty of cardio and weight training.
