Gran Denny: Looking Up from Down Under: Second Thoughts

http://grandenny.blogspot.com/2011/12/second-thoughts.html

Gran Denny: Looking Up from Down Under. Always look on the bright side of life because there's often something funny in your very average day! Tuesday, December 20, 2011. I looked at my blog a few minutes ago and thought, I'm not really into this anymore and it shows. I checked visitors to my site, all foreign strangers and I started feeling a little uneasy. So I decided I might post one last blog - The Last Post. No wonder my family never check me out anymore - I never post! March 17, 2012 at 10:11 AM.

Gran Denny: Looking Up from Down Under. Always look on the bright side of life because there's often something funny in your very average day! Thursday, December 23, 2010. Merry Christmas from me to you. Work is over for the year, can you hear the yahooing. It's so hot and humid I can hardly think, but I think it's hotter in Sydney and Brissie. From Kath and Kim, advertises himself as a 'purveyor of fine meat' (and the sign always makes me giggle when I remember that episode when Kath and Kel. But it's o...

Who sped time up? I waited all year for the holidays and already they are over. Gran Denny: Looking Up from Down Under. Always look on the bright side of life because there's often something funny in your very average day! Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Rythmn n Vines aftermath. The new year was suddenly upon us. I spent the first night of 2012 holed up in a motel in Napier with son Mike, daughter Justine and of course the indomitable Major in a studio with a queen bed and a trundle bed to accomodate the four of us! Research Project Update #1. After having my survey live for two weeks now, I thought i’d provide an update on my survey results thus far. Here are a few noticeable findings in relation to my survey participants:. They are frequent users of Instagram;. They follow celebrities on Instagram mostly because they’re attracted to the celebrity culture and want to keep updated on their lives;. They believe that ‘celebrity culture’ is very influential on young people;. With social media being shaped into the rout...

Ramblings of Insane Genius

Ramblings of Insane Genius. Sunday, March 09, 2014. It is late now, turn off your tv, step away from your laptop and phone and all the other devices that make you feel connected but leave you utterly alone. Walk out into the night, embrace the cool air, and dance alone in the night breeze. Stare up at those watchful stars that you haven’t looked at in oh so long. We never stop anymore; we keep going so fast and forget why we started. The world spins and no one even notices how beautiful it all is. Saturd...

Ramblings of an Insane Housewife

Ramblings of an Insane Housewife. Monday, April 16, 2012. So, how do I stop the growing wrinkles (that play havoc on my refection in the mirror) from defining who I am? Well, first of all, I don’t look in the mirror as often as I use to! I know it is impossible to live responsibly 100% of the time. But, I found a quote that helped me put things in perspective—a reality check in a way- on what to allow into my life:. My niece Katrice recently wrote on her facebook wall,. My birthday cake still has room fo...

Ramblings of an Office Worker. The life of an office worker, the ramblings of a fool. I'm Re-Learning to Write! Life got busy, really busy. I had next to no time to write, anything, so when I finally tried I found myself calling things 'good' or 'great'. Nothing really more expressive than that. Alright, I admit it:I'm too busy being lazy to keep up with these posts. I should do something about that. Then there's the property that we live on and the property next to it.
