Ramblings of a Overworked Mom. Monday, September 10, 2007. I have decided after a year of contemplating that I will be undergoing a juice fast for the next 30 days. Lord help us all. It shouldnt be that hard right? I mean 30 days with nothing but fresh fruit and vegetable juice and water. For 30 days. Oh and did I mention that I quit smoking after 10 years cold turkey? You can do it Devin! Ummm does this mean you'll be a bear to deal with at work? Im not calling 328 or 338 for anything! I licked a chip.

Ramblings of a Overworked Mom. Tuesday, September 11, 2007. It's the first day. Weight-146. Days of not smoking-3. I made a juice out of half a cantaloupe, a quarter of honeydew and about an eight of watermelon. I wasn't expecting that much juice! Im nervous, excited and just ready to get on with it. My supplements should be here tomorrow. I think just one day without them will be ok. Please pray for those who work around me. I'm sure you can do it! September 11, 2007 at 6:42 PM. After 3 full days of fasting, I have lost 4.5 pounds. I am 1.5 away from being pre-pregnancy weight of my second child.
