Tuesday, August 30, 2011. This past weekend, we braved four airports (2 of them twice) and the big bad TSA with our three small children! What inspired us to such madness? A family wedding.what else? I have embarked on a Health and Fitness Challenge the last few months and I am currently down about 23 lbs and toning up all over. Yes I am bragging. This is a big deal for this fatty. We now only eat whole grain breads, rice and pastas in our house, and in moderation. We eat a LOT more fresh vegetables and fruits than we ever did. I now exercise at LEAST 5 days a week, if not more.
