Ramblings on cast iron. Being very passionate about cast iron cooking, I decided to start a blog. Google search, doesn't always work. Lijit Search, click on "site" tab after you search for more results. Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Have you ever made tartar sauce? Well, we're going to make tartar sauce! No, I have never made tartar sauce before today. In fact, I don't even like tartar sauce. Tartar sauce of course is not cooked in cast iron, because it's not cooked at all. Mix it all together and chill.

Just ramblings, only a vent for emotions, feelings and all the good stuff. Work on the mind 24/7. Wednesday, August 12, 2015. I need to change it. Can I forget about work for a few hours and relax without feeling guilty? Frankly I am longing for a 9-5 job where I work after hours on my own accord. I would be much more productive if all my evening meetings where at regular office hours. I can't believe I am saying this, but why not. I have an interview to give. Pray for me?
