Just me, talking about me-ness. Laquo; Need help helping a friend? Living with Chronic Pain. On September 27, 2013. So here is the first of my Invisible Illness stories. This one is about my diabetes. I don’t think about it often, it’s a fact of daily life for me. I’ve had my up’s and down’s with it though, starting with when I was diagnosed. My next clear memory is seeing my cousin proudly displaying the Nutella sandwich he had made for himself, for the first time ever! It looked utterly disgusting!
