Maynard Jakobs is the pen name of Remblin' Rex, a blues man living in the Czech republic. In Framers blues he hes told the story of his youth in Los Angeles area. Building tract homes and plaing the blues in a wild and crazy time in southern California. This story was written for a friend who is a screeenwriter in Los Angeles, it is in the form of an autobiographical novel. Return to front page.
