They're so mundane I had to give each one an accompanying incentive in the hopes of upping my motivation - which is genius by the way. But after seeing this post. Friday, March 16, 2012. 21 Day Easy Diet Week 2. It's been TWO weeks! Pounds lost: 3.2. I can't say that it has been fun. It definitely has not. But I feel like I'm on my way. The scale is teetering down and that is good enough for me! Here's what I am doing:. Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) at every meal,. No carbs at night. Good sugar (fruit, stevia) before lunch. Limiting sugar intake 25 g/day. Protein, Carbs, MUFA at every meal except dinner. At least 2 x per week cardio (running or cycling).

Sunday, February 13, 2011. Lincoln Jonathan was born on 01/21/11. He weighed 7 lbs 13 ozs and was 21 inches long. He is such a great baby and is growing so fast. The other children love him to pieces. It took us five days to find a name that we felt fit him! Cadence has turned into our little terror.she loves to throw food and make messes! Ryker is playing basketball and is the bounciest kid on the court. Miley can't wait until she is able to participate in everything Ryker gets to.
