http://undiscoveredpastfuture.blogspot.com/2009/05/spinward-fringe-triton.html
Undiscovered Past and Future. With a nod to Star Trek's "undiscovered country," this blog is dedicated to discovering the new futures and new pasts described in science fiction books I'm reading at the moment. Hope you find these book reviews helpful. Here are the authors I follow, I highly recommend them-. Kage Baker (The Company series). Robert Buettner (Orphan's series). Chris Bunch (The Last Legion series). Orson Scott Card (Ender's stories). Jack Campbell (The Lost Fleet series). David Weber (Honorv...

Spinward Fringe: March 2009
http://spinwardfringe.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Spinward Fringe Frontline: It's Finished. The definitive draft for this book completed a few days ago, and now that I've taken a couple days off and let it all sink in for a while I can say I'm comfortable with the risks I've taken plot-wise, the journeys the characters have taken and I'm ready to begin editing and refining this draft. Now that pile of pages (about 400 high), isn't so much a mark of progress as it is another mountain to climb as I edit my way through it. Discussi...

http://lsrandolph.blogspot.com/2009/06/dark-arts-to-begin-july-7-2009.html
Sunday, June 28, 2009. Dark Arts To Begin July 7, 2009. After getting the thumbs up from my editor and test readers, the Dark Arts series is set to begin on July 7, my birthday gift to myself. Dark Arts is a horror series that will be available here for free (later to appear in EBook formats). The first installment, called simply RISING. Is divided into seven parts that will be released every Tuesday. Here's a general description:. What's happening with Spinward Fringe? I'm working on Spinward Fringe Rog...

Dark Arts By Randolph Lalonde: The Horror Adventure Novel
http://lsrandolph.blogspot.com/2011/04/horror-adventure-novel.html
Sunday, April 24, 2011. The Horror Adventure Novel. The novella, Expendable Few, is almost finished. It's really helping me develop the ending of Broadcast 7 while delivering a type of story that is vastly different from the existing Spinward Fringe series. Test readers will see chapters by the end of the month. 2) I love the idea behind Dark Arts, and there are some compelling characters living in my head that don't want to exist in any other world. 4) Even though the experiment was completely unedited,...

Dark Arts By Randolph Lalonde: Something Stirs In The Darkness...
http://lsrandolph.blogspot.com/2012/10/something-stirs-in-darkness.html
Monday, October 8, 2012. Something Stirs In The Darkness. It's been a long time since I posted on this blog, but I haven't forgotten about the few subscribers or what started here. Dark Arts: Rising has made a big impression wherever it appeared. Every few months, in some corner of the internet, a group of people discover this short, and it gets resurrected again. For a while I wasn't sure what I'd be doing with this material. The challenge with Dark Arts is twofold:. I have to decide which story to tell.

Dark Arts By Randolph Lalonde: From Fringe To Fright: The Dark Arts Experiment
http://lsrandolph.blogspot.com/2009/08/from-fringe-to-fright-dark-arts.html
Wednesday, August 26, 2009. From Fringe To Fright: The Dark Arts Experiment. Two months ago I finished an edit of Dark Arts: Rising, the first part of a potential horror serial that was based on the concept of a dark resurrection changing the world. It was a short, 15,000 word piece that presented a fantastic creative challenge. Horror. Dark Arts: Rising has more potential and I'm happy to announce that, for better or worse, it's available for free at Smashwords. Dark Arts: Rising at Smashwords]. Subscri...
