Keepin' it Simple. Vegan Protein Snack – Homemade Hummus and Mungbean Chips. April 14, 2015. This delicious snack is packed with tons of protein, healthy fats and can be made in 2 mins! The mungbean chips were found in my local organic food store. The whole packet is filling- has 200 calories and 16 grams of protein!
