Well, as usual, while down in Cali my kids learn a lot of things they don't normally learn while with me. Cambria went from rolling last week to rocking back and forth 2 days ago to crawling today. Saturday, October 29, 2011. What do little Mormon children do for Halloween? Well, because it falls on Monday this year, the wards had their Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday as to not interfere with FHE. Ours had a chili dinner. I had the turkey chili (the other other white meat). Caroline was Fairy Secret Barbie, Kimmee was Silvermist from the Tinkerbell series, and Andrew was Lightning McQueen. The missionaries were there tonight giving out sweets to the kids. And homework for the adults. A day with Holli.

Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Caroline's class this year performed one of my favorite songs. I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas. :) Kimmee, like Caroline last year, was too sick to go to school and perform. Poor kid, she cried for hours. Posted by The Younger Barkers. Friday, October 25, 2013. We went to California to visit Grandma Julie and do a couple activities. We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay! We went to the pumpkin patch. Catherine maneuvered her way through the hay maze. Sped around the dirt track. Went on the train. Visited the zoo and the bear smiled for us. Grandma Julie got us into Disneyland. Where we saw Tinkerbell. Met up with Tami and the family. Eleanor joined us for the tea-cup ride. Eleanor is a whole head taller than Catherine.

Sunday, August 28, 2011. We ran Ragnar relay again this year. It was a blast. We had van 2 this year so we got a lot less sleep, a lot harder runs, and probably double the laughs. As always I forgot to break out the camera till half way through the race. Shay getting ready to go run her night long run. I think it was like 10 miles and she didn't start her run till like 1:00 am. We had the worst running times ever. It made it that much more challenging. Notice our awesome van driver? WE have to run again?
