Diary of an Indie Author. The official blog of author Christina Moore. On the Short Side. Monday, June 8, 2015. Hello, friends. Long time, no see. I know that it's been pretty much forever since I've posted anything here at the Diary. I'm really sorry I haven't been updating you on my progress, but there's two reasons for that:. 1) You know I've never been a regular, every-single-day poster here. 2) I've been going through a major down-swing in my continuing battle with depression. Diary of an Indie Author. The official blog of author Christina Moore. On the Short Side. The novel Two Evils. Was originally intended to be a stand-alone story. I should have known better. *smirk*. Once the book was published, however, I had a crazy, crazy thought for a third. At this point, there are going to be at least three. We'll see what happens once the second book gets started. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Three heartwarming and steamy tales just perfect for reading at Christmastime!

Diary of an Indie Author. The official blog of author Christina Moore. On the Short Side. Tuesday, November 12, 2013. You may or may not be aware, but I decided to participate in National Novel Writing Month again this year. For the uninitiated, this is an annual event where writers attempt to pen, pencil, or type 50,000 words in just 30 days. My current word count is 10,523. Par for day 12 is 20,000, which puts me at a very sad 9,477 words behind. I participated in 2010, writing 80K of Chasing Shadows.

And featuring a character created just for the films - has recently occupied much of my free time the last few weeks. It has been one of those stories that just grabbed a hold of me and demanded to be written. What does that even mean? How does one lose their creative spark? Has t...
