Working Hand in Hand for Our Children's Success. Back in 2010, alarmed by the above statistics, the folks at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, which is located in the heart of Picton, figured that their building, ideally located close to Queen Elizabeth Public School and St. Gregory Catholic School, would be the perfect place to run a program to support girls who might be vulnerable.
