So why not try some of these suggestions using a bag of pegs and a white paper plate. Drop a bean bag/ball into a bucket/container. Use a balloon (place a small bell inside the balloon before inflating it so that the pupil can hear it coming). Start with a pillow or cushion (non threatening). Progress to a knotted skipping rope. Use bean bags and a mat, bin, laundry basket, cardboard box or hoop for target practice.
