http://simileforlife.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html

Another Simile for Life. Thursday, February 23, 2006. Did I ever find something cool to do! So, I was reading this random thread at fantasyanime.com, and a thought suddenly occured to me: "Why the hell havn't I been downloading Nintendo 64 games? So, after a little bit of research, I found me a way to download some of the best games out for the classic system. Here's a short recap of how I did it (if you're interested). 2 Make sure you have a good gamepad for your comput. Assuming that most of my readers...

Another Simile for Life: July 2006

http://simileforlife.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html

Another Simile for Life. Friday, July 21, 2006. Quitting, and other Misadventures. I quit my job at ze Sunoco gas station tonight. I arrived at work to discover that:. 1 My request for Sunday off had been denied. 2 Three co-workers had quit, forcing the rest of us to pick up the slack. 3 The freezer was a total cluster fuck. Since the girl who usually does that quit, freezer duty was solely the responsibity of myself and the distributers. That's it for now. As Tigger would say, TTFN. Into the bathroom, a...

http://mwsplace.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html

The only thing to do was to pelt him with sugared almonds-. Things of Wonderful Goodness and Whee! Thursday, November 29, 2007. I had a solo concert performance tonight. I was, of course, terrified. But I did well. On the first song "Se tu m'ami" I could feel that my tone was flat when I first came in. So I fixed it. Do you know how long I've been trying to fix my tone while singing? I am quite proud of myself for that. I really am. And I feel accomplished. Choir makes me want to do this sometimes:.

The only thing to do was to pelt him with sugared almonds-. Things of Wonderful Goodness and Whee! Monday, February 25, 2008. So I have to keep a small notebook of quotes/observations for Writing from the Self. I am diligently filling it up. Here are the highlights (and thus a basic synopsis) of Geek Week (a real post shall follow, as soon as I get the pics). You get no context for any of these (unless you ask in the comments :P):. The only thing to do was to pelt him with sugared almonds-. Things of Wonderful Goodness and Whee! Tuesday, November 04, 2008. Compy Woes Part Deux. I don't like money. At all. Sigh Woes woes woes. Not to mention that I haven't work on the thesis in a week. When will it ever stop. I did an Engl 395 over J-term. I wrote some creation stories for Garrett. It was fun, though I had to keep a writing journal of the "process" which showed my procrastinatory tendencies.O o. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The only thing to do was to pelt him with sugared almonds-. Things of Wonderful Goodness and Whee! Friday, November 28, 2008. This is for my mother. Mom, you wanted to know what I wanted for X-mas. This is my Amazon Wish List - where I place the items I am going to buy for myself before I actually do. It's a long list, but I'm not expecting all (or any of it). The earlier on the list, the more recent the want. I apologize for the gluttonous post, it was just easier than anything else I could think of.

The only thing to do was to pelt him with sugared almonds-. Things of Wonderful Goodness and Whee! Saturday, September 27, 2008. So, England kept me busy. Far too busy to be posting. But now I've been back in the US for four months and I guess I should update this at least once to let people know that I am alive. I am writing a thesis this semester (whoa, I know) and applying to graduate schools. Senior year is never a slow year. It feels like just a little while ago I started this blog. The Internet Mov...

The only thing to do was to pelt him with sugared almonds-. Things of Wonderful Goodness and Whee! Monday, July 12, 2010. I have officially decided to retire this blog. For those of you who actually still try to read this blog, this will not come as a surprise. I have left it idle for quite some time. This was not on purpose, but rather through the evolution of social media and the evolution of myself. I will edit this post with a link to a new blog, whenever it is made. Heart and Sharks,. Robert Maxwell Case

Tuesday, 2. December 2003. That's A "Gray Area". When I worked for Eastman Kodak Company, I learned that the human eye distinguishes between just 33 shades of gray for any area of a photograph. Similarly, in the audio world although trained ears can distinguish a one decibel interval, an average listener distinguishes 3-decibel jumps. Within a 90 db signal-to-noise ratio, there are roughly 30 of those. If anyone knows of any research in this area, I would like to hear about it. Beating The Software Blues.

Read All Over - Books Are Freedom

Read All Over was created by kids, for kids. The idea is for kids to collect and share books they've read with other kids. It’s also about sharing ideas, and making friends with people in far away places. Your favorite book may travel across town, across the nation – or even to kids in other parts of the world! Read All Over, an official Points of Light Project and part of the USA Initiative. Was the idea of a 10-year-old. Was inspired by the story of Deora Bodley. Matter how old you are,.
