61st Ward Wives: Creamy Veggie Soup
http://61stwardwives.blogspot.com/2012/04/creamy-veggie-soup.html
Putting meals on our tables one delicious experiment at a time. Friday, April 20, 2012. Usually when I make veggie soup I use fresh veggies and broth. This time I used the sad, wilted greens from the back of the drawer, and the bland, remainders of a few frozen veggie bags. Also, I made it creamy for a change. Here's what I did-. 1 cup frozen broccoli. 1 cup Normandy mix. 1/2 cup sweet corn-sweet addition! 2 cups veggie broth. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Dinner on a Dime. The Lunch Box Club.
