Recipe by Our Best Bites. 12 oz boneless pork loin chops, or boneless skinless chicken. Sliced into 1/4″ slices. It was really good. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 Tbsp brown sugar. 1 minced garlic clove. Combine in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Combine water and cornstarch and add to saucepan. Makes 4-5 mini meatloaves. 17-20 saltine crackers, crushed fine (about 2/3 cup) (I used bread crumbs). 1/4 cup whole milk (I used 1% because that is what we had). 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley. 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (I used regular mustard). 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar.
