Each contestant receives a basket of 3-4 mystery ingredients with which they must make a composed dish before the clock runs out. In the chopped spirit, our class was assigned to do just that, only minus the time constraints. The three ingredients that I randomly picked were boneless skinless chicken breast (yawn), banana (ok, challenging for sure), and basil.
