http://hollaatthehughes.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Live in your world, Play in ours. Friday, January 21, 2011. Craig and I are night owls. Both of us. We never go to bed before about 1:00am. But after the previous days of Disneyland and Sea World, we were a little tired and decided to go to bed early. We finally went to sleep a little after 11:00pm. In our hotel room was screaming! We both (quite literally) jumped out of bed, threw on our nearest sweats and ran to the window to try to come up with a plan. Didn't want to wake them. I had visions of Craig ...

Live in your world, Play in ours. Thursday, November 18, 2010. It was our first season of organized team sports. Oh the fun. The smell of the grass, the crisp fall air, half time oranges, ahh.memories. It is not really Autumn unless I'm waking up early, bundling up and heading out for a football or soccer game. So here we are, our oldest is finally old enough, to play on a soccer team! Avery wanted to get in on the action and step in to play goalie while no one was looking. Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

http://hollaatthehughes.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Live in your world, Play in ours. Monday, February 28, 2011. Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Quintessenial Frisco. We ate Lunch at the Boudin sourdough bakery/restaurant. Right at the Wharf. Amazing. I told Craig before this trip that I just wanted some fantastic sourdough bread and great seafood. He delivered. Boudin is famous for their sourdough. Why don't I have a pic? I don't know. This pic, however, is right after lunch, a few steps from our outside seating. Watching the Sea Lions. From the movie BIG?

Live in your world, Play in ours. Friday, October 29, 2010. People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;. If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;. Be honest and frank anyway. What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;. If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;. Give the world the best you have,.

Live in your world, Play in ours: Awkward vs Awesome
http://hollaatthehughes.blogspot.com/2011/04/awkward-vs-awesome.html
Live in your world, Play in ours. Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Round 2 (a mini version today) of "A little bit of Awkward and a little bit of Awesome". A little bit AWKWARD. The Stake President walking out on to the floor- in the middle of a basketball playoff game- and threatening to stop it. He had to remind grown men that it was just a game. And that we were in the church. And that they were grown men. AWKWARD. BUT because he is the greatest guy ever, it was also awesome. And a little bit AWESOME. Brit, d...

Live in your world, Play in ours: Two Things
http://hollaatthehughes.blogspot.com/2011/03/two-things.html
Live in your world, Play in ours. Sunday, March 27, 2011. A loving, happy, righteous family- doesn't happen by accident! This stuck a chord with me at church today. I was thinking the other day about how we (as moms- and dads- Levon! Try so hard to do EVERYTHING to teach our children and to instill in them a love of the gospel, a relationship with their Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and to foster their testimonies. Among EVERYTHING ELSE we do! Steadfastness is righteous stubbornness. On the home front.

http://hollaatthehughes.blogspot.com/2011/04/bedtime-woes.html
Live in your world, Play in ours. Tuesday, April 5, 2011. That was our house at bed time last night. After having put Emma to bed THREE times, she called for me again. To which I hollered up the stairs "Nope, go to bed, I am done. I just clocked out for the night.". Craig offered to go up and put her to bed one last time. The civil unrest contined. Craig: "Emma, this is the LAST time. GO TO BED! Emma: "But, but, but Daaaaad, I just want to show you ONE thing! Craig: "Go to bed.". Craig on the other hand,...

http://hollaatthehughes.blogspot.com/2011/04/peter-pan-ballet.html
Live in your world, Play in ours. Thursday, April 7, 2011. Emma danced in a full length production of a "Peter Pan Ballet." It was DARLING. I was truly impressed by the fantastic job that the studio did. Anyway, Emma was a Magical Flower. And Magical, she was. It was so fun to watch her dance. She glowed on stage and loved every minute of it. Woah Stop that right now. She looks waaaay too old in this picture. That was the biggest surprise I ever had! I had NO idea that I was going to get those things!
