Journey with Juice and Beyond. Thursday, December 11, 2014. Day 11 - Butterflies. May 6, 2008. I woke at 5 am today shaky and hungry. I knew I should have made a green veggie juice last night, but I went for what was already made: the sugary yam/apple/carrot/beet. I guess it threw my blood sugar off. I had a Tbsp of cholorphyll in 1/2 water, but it didn't help too much, though I was able to fall back to sleep eventually. 1 qt: strawberries, orange, apple, spinach. Posted by Melissa Sokulski. Stopping in ...

Journey with Juice and Beyond. Sunday, December 14, 2014. May 3, 2008. Last night I dreamed my teeth (and fillings) were falling out. ...& in that moment, I swear we were infinite: July 2010
http://jessicarhealoves.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
In that moment, I swear we were infinite. I'm a vegan at heart, vegetarian in practice. I want to leave behind a legacy, not a carbon footprint. Every day I cook, listen to music, reflect on lyrics, and compile quotes that speak to me. I figured it was time to share :). Turns out olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and stevia make a pretty amazing marinade. I might try it again tomorrow with some massaged kale so I can keep all the raw enzymes intact. The quote that I loved the most today is:. You said the won...
