1976在收成上不是偉大的年份 , 但對於Chateau Coutet卻是標誌性的一年 . 原因就是1976年是Coutet由 Chateau D'Yquem 易手至Baly Family的一年 , 而特別的是交易是在年中完成 , 所以1976年的Chateau Coutet是由 D'Yquem 釀造, 但由Baly Family入瓶的 . Aline Baly分享說 , 相傳 D'Yquem , Lur-Saluces 家族為了方便管理和運送重要物資(也有是說為了戰爭的關係) , 在Coutet 和 D'Yquem掘了一條秘密通道 , 在易手之前才靜靜封上 . Aline Baly 誠邀各位親臨酒莊, 一同搜索秘道 , 去D'Yquem那邊偷酒 . 整體而言就是一支老酒 , 可惜層次單調 , 也欠缺變化 . 重點是甜度已經消失 ,以甜酒來說平衡度欠缺 . 我欣賞背後的故事, 但酒質只屬一般 , 以奇特來說就是一直揮之不去的日本Wasabi香氣 , 我建議收藏用吧 , 飲用的可選其他年份. 較便宜又能好好享受 . 比合格好一點 . 價格 : $580hkd (375ml). 我的評分 : 5 / 10.

2001 Maximin Grunhauser Abtsberg Riesling Auslese 190. 2001 Maximin Grunhauser Abtsberg Riesling Auslese 190. 在之前的日誌也有輕輕討論過令人十分難以理解的德國酒甜度劃分 ,Kabinett, Spatlese , Auslese 等等 . 明明是Spatlese ( 泛指semi sweet)卻可以是很甜 , Auslese ( 泛指swee wine , 可含noble rot) 又可以是乾白酒 . 小弟在初踏德國酒的世界時 , 經常「中伏」. 晚宴前去酒鋪買一支Spatlese,甜甜地, 希望可以一討女士歡心 , 誰不知是dry的 . 下次醒目, 買高一級的 Auslese , 原來也是dry的 . 問題是我早已爆響口我準確的是甜酒 , 讓我顏面盡失 , why me! 所以當飲家沒有對德國酒莊有充份了解 , 特別是名莊 , 那先祝福你 , 「送貨Fedex使命必達 , 飲酒German中伏必達.」. 我的評分 : 5-6 / 10.
