Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Bikini Body Mommy day 9 and 10. WOOO I'm so sore! Missed a day so did a strength and cardio day together, and man I am wiped. I'm so ready for bed lol! I am getting stronger but man her workouts can kick your butt! I have improved a few of my strength day numbers can do a lot more back rows and L raises in a minute then I did on Monday so that feels good. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Fit Camp Arms Night. Fit Camp = huge awesome family! I seriously am so glad that I joined last month it has been a great experience working out and getting to meet new people. Tonight I realized that I am not eating enough calories and that working out extra on top of that is not helping my body. I have gained two pounds of muscle though in the last week but have not lost any body fat, actually gained a pound. Quite frustrating really when I am trying. View my complete profile.
