Took an herb to force myself to do something I hate. I usually avoid using St. John’s Wort because it causes unwanted side effects, such as my being excessively friendly with people. However, if I have to do something that I absolutely hate doing, then it helps me to use this herb. So that is why I caved in and took SJW today.
