There may be some triathlon action this year, to keep motivation going, as my challenge for next season, is an Olympic distance triathlon. 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run.

I am still training hard. I just have been very very busy working too. My cycling is coming on a treat. I’ve been putting in a lot of effort there, as it seems to be my current weak area. Here are my tips on how to avoid injury:. Always warm up properly. Never stretch statically at the start of your workout. Always keep your stomach muscles tense when exercising.
