Audience Testimonials about Rocky Mountain Revels
http://www.rockymountainrevels.org/testimonials.html
Revels has been a very fun tradition in our family starting with 'Feast of Fools' (in the 1990s). We've been seeing Revels routinely since, including introducing our daughter. Keep on doing what you're doing. Love the history of traditions, group songs, fun play, and gorgeous costumes. The fresh theme each year! Just keep doing this each year. I love the Revels; it always marks this part of the year with joy and celebration. I like how it's different every year but has common elements that come back.

Please Volunteer with Rocky Mountain Revels
http://www.rockymountainrevels.org/volunteer.html
Many people love Revels and would like to become involved, but aren't interested in being on stage. No problem! If you have a skill, such as carpentry or sewing, we welcome you into our community; our volunteers are invaluable to our production. Even if you don't have a volunteer job in mind, we can certainly find one for you. Kid wrangling, transporting props and costumes, selling advertising, hanging posters - we'll find something you'll love. We can't wait to welcome you to our community!

Abbots Bromley Horn Dance

Abbots Bromley Horn Dance. As you hear this tune, think of the moon rising on a dense forest in ancient England at Winter Solstice. As the light increases, six to eight antlered figures and several companions become visible. Standing in two lines facing, they begin a dance punctuated by the click of antlers meeting. In the Christmas Revels. Your browser does not support the audio element. Abbots Bromley Horn Dance, sequenced by Keith Eric Grant.

The Land Beside the Sea
http://www.ramblemuse.com/land_beside_sea.html
THE LAND BESIDE THE SEA. Adapted from the traditional Breton song. And more on Breton Music. Pez Trouz Zou ar en Doar? By George Emlen (arrangement) and Susan Cooper (English words). This material has been used as part of the Christmas Revels. Celebrations of the season via music and dance. The land beside the sea lies prisoned in the snow. Along the frozen shore, chill winds of winter blow. Dawn creeps across the sky, but still the light is gray. And swiftly falls the dark, until the shortest day.
