Sunday, November 29, 2009. HONG KONG OR BUST! Hong Kong is glittering with Christmas lights on the face of so many buildings - snowmen, Santa's, Christmas trees and more! Friday, June 18, 2010. END OF CHAPTER 1 - COMING HOME! It is Friday, June 18 and I fly home tonight just after midnight. All night to Amsterdam then all day to Detroit, Michigan which is just across the border from my hometown Windsor, Ontario, Canada. It all feels so surreal. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Eid El Fitr Holiday. Greetings from the Middle East! I was off work for the past 9 days and it was FABULOUS! Ramadan is officially over and was followed by one week holiday to celebrate Eid El Fitr. ULTIMATE LOW FAT PANCAKES. On: July 20, 2011. 3/4 C plain low-fat yogurt. 1/2 C low-fat cottage cheese. 3/4 C all-purpose flour. 1/2 T baking soda. Dash of vanilla extract. Combine yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Stir flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to yogurt mixture; blend only until mixed. Red Beans and Rice. On: July 20, 2011. Need a substitute for the lard and t he ham hock for it to be really diabetic or diet. RED BEANS AND RICE. 1 1/4 C. water.
