I enjoy a more 3D approach to artwork. I like to inncorperate diffrent mediums in my art work such as found objects, wire work, or even using materials for reliefs. I love bright colors and innovative ideas. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. This was an individual piece that was supposed to be 3D, but looked better 2D. It is done with charcoal and soft pastels. It looks as if the person is reaching out and is distorted in a great way. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Web Urbanist (Art from Trash).

Elizabeth Ann's Art Blog. I want to explore photography and learn new ways to take risk with it. Thursday, December 2, 2010. This is my first independent project. I had no real inspiration for this when I started out. I just wanted to go on a mini-road trip and take pictures for a completely different project. Turns out, I really like photography. I still have a lot to learn about photography but I'm really proud of myself and this piece. December 2, 2010 at 7:01 PM. December 3, 2010 at 11:31 AM.

Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Statue In The Courtyard. I took a photo of the statue in the senior courtyard, drew two pictures of it, cut them up, and wove them together. A PAIN! My theme for this semester is. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. This is my favorite piece i've done this year. I started by painting the blue background and the red and yellow and transferred the black and white picture and then colored in the flower and parts of the black that came off during the transfer. September 30, 2010 at 12:15 PM. The added flowers give it a sweet look, nice work girl(:. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Marie B. Pinschmidt. View my complete profile.

Abby's Art: Erasure Drawing

http://rhhsartabbyl.blogspot.com/2010/10/erasure-drawing.html

The central idea of my concentration is to unify a variety of different materials as it relates to the female portrait as well as fashion. Tuesday, October 19, 2010. October 19, 2010 at 8:35 PM. I do love this piece. I think it proves you could be drawing as well as 2D. I think the erasure turned out neat. The only thing I would have changed would be maybe one more movement on the hand. But that might get too confusing.anyways, awesome! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Please Do Not Feed the Hungry College Student. I am keeping this blog as a personal gimmick to remind myself how far I've come, and how far I have yet to go. If you are an art student in college, then almost none of the normal rules apply to you. The sooner you accept this, the better off you will be. You will keep crazy sleep schedules that sometimes mean not sleeping and sometimes mean sleeping for days. The constant overload of coffee will make you very giggly around 10 am. I don't really have a certain focus or medium to my artwork, It's just me and how I want to express myself! Friday, May 22, 2009. This is my triptych. I used prisma colored pencils to draw three flowers from a picture I found on the Internet. This project wasn't my favorite but it was better than most of our projects. I like the different colors i used but I probably could of took more time and did a better job on this project. Overall, I think it looks okay. Friday, March 20, 2009. The Wizard of Oz.

El Blog de Madeline

El Blog de Madeline. Hello, i'm madeline and i create. Thursday, May 10, 2012. This was my 3D Design Final and one of the most fun pieces I got to do all semester! This was one of the pieces that I think came out the best in my 3D Design class during the spring of 2012. The bridge had to be entirely constructed from one 3x4 piece of foam core board, span a width of 36 inches, and be able to hold two very large bricks without breaking. My bridge did all that! So, I tried to make my black and white pieces ...
