http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2010/10/bugs-and-skunks.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Monday, October 18, 2010. Thanks to Google Images for the pictures.) :). Before I forget, I need to write something short about the insane amount of bugs that Tennessee seems to have. Sheesh! The other unpleasantry: skunks. I smell at least a few a week. I've never smelled so much skunk spray in my life. This bug/skunk situation may not sound very appealing to you.but in spite of it all, I still think Nashville is Zion. :). Haha There are a fe...

Living the Good Life: May 2012
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Monday, May 7, 2012. This picture, to me, is an adventure waiting to happen. When I look at it, I can't help but think of the careless summer days of childhood. I want my kids to have a tree house. The teacher part of me thinks, "That's a major liability,".but the rest of me says, "Kids have been doing this for ages. Let kids be kids! I kind of want to climb that ladder, myself. Love my neighborhood walks! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Living the Good Life: The Day I Became a Bass
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2011/01/day-i-became-bass.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Saturday, January 15, 2011. The Day I Became a Bass. It amazes me what the common cold can do to a person. After spending a little too much time in the snow before going home for Christmas, I developed a cold which consequently qualified me for the bass section of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. No audition necessary. So look for me among the black suits and matching ties next time you see the MoTab. I'll be the only one with long, blond hair.

Justen and Brianne: #Blessed
http://justenandbrianne.blogspot.com/2014/12/blessed.html
Thursday, December 11, 2014. In my church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we bear our testimonies a lot. In fact, one church service every month is devoted to members bearing their testimonies of our Savior, Jesus Christ. I feel an intense need to share my testimony right now. My heart is so full! Lana was in her crib, not sleeping but not crying either. I heard her from the monitor start to say "mama" and continue saying it. This is rare! In him should not perish, but have. We met June...

tom & whitney: Baby GIRL Sorensen!
http://tomandwhitneysorensen.blogspot.com/2012/05/baby-girl-sorensen.html
Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Can you believe it? During MULTIPLE doctor visits, we were told that baby Sorensen was a boy. Well, at my 20 week ultrasound we found out that it's going to be a sweet little girl. We're shocked, thrilled, excited, and surprised, as I'm sure you can imagine. It was a bit of a perspective change, going from thinking boy to thinking girl. I'm shocked too, but Tom is still trying to wrap his head around it. How do you raise a girl? Are just a few of the many questions he has. Whit: mid...

http://tomandwhitneysorensen.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Caution: this post is picture intensive due to my lack of posting the past couple months . . . Tom and I went to Nashville for Halloween! Tom has special ties to Nashville, because he played football for the Vanderbilt Commodores his freshman year. The campus and the city have a special place in his heart, and he's always wanted to take me back there and show me around . . . so that's what we did! Tom: "I walked over that bridge every day on my way to class! There's no picture...

http://tomandwhitneysorensen.blogspot.com/2012/01/2011-highlights.html
Wednesday, January 18, 2012. What a crazy-cool year 2011 was. I don't really blog that often (but getting better, no? So I hope you will oblige me with a short year in review/2011 highlights type post. This last fall Tom told me that he thinks 2011 has been the year of the bike. I'd have to agree . . . Biking in jackson hole. Biking up american fork canyon. Biking at lambert's in alpine (on my 24th birthday). Biking up millcreek (mom and bobby on pipeline right before a descent in the heart of darkness).

Monday, November 14, 2011. Today we both feel especially grateful for our families. It's wonderful to have all these incredible people so close to us in our lives. We love them so much! It was my mom's birthday today and we had a craaaaazy party. Jenna and Bobby forced her to wear a tiara in honor of the occasion, and we had my Grama Schiess over for dinner and the classic Lindsey family chocolate birthday dessert! Sunday, November 13, 2011. T: watching Saturday college football games with my wife. Caleb...
