Thursday, January 29, 2009. For this piece, I decided to take the same original picture that I took and changed it 3 different times. In a sense the are getting more abstract each time. I printed out each image and then glued them onto charcoal paper. I used pastels to collage in the background, I was trying to incorporate them into the photos. My concentration is a narration of the journey that a human travels, from beginning to end. Each piece illustrates a step, or change, from one state to another.
