We meet for breakfast 10 times a year on the last Wednesday of the month and plenty of business gets done at our friendly and lively meetings. We also organise training seminars on topics such as social media, how to use LinkedIn, etc., and we host occasional social events. Here's my first nod to this summer time delight! 2 cups unbleached flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 189; tsp salt. 189; cup butter, melted. 188; cup vegetable oil. 190; cup sugar. 6-8 oz plain or honey yogurt. (I used a honey flavored greek yogurt). 1 tbs vanilla extract. 1 piece rhubarb, diced. 1 cup chopped strawberries. 4oz milk or water. Brown sugar, to garnish the top of the muffin. Sliced almonds, to garnish the top of the muffin.

It took me 40 minutes to top and tail 3lb of fruit for this jam not ideal, but hopefully the results will be worth it!
