Laquo; Staff problems. A short while ago, Ben had a call from the Chairman of Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO) who advised that Richmond are in danger of breaching the Travel Package Regulations. Although the company doesn’t sell flights, if you sell two or more components of a holiday then it is a package. The chairman of AITO had been looking in particular at the St Paul in Greece tour. The only solution to that would be either:-. A) to stop selling the second component of a holiday.

Laquo; Good news and bad news. There have been staff problems at La Rosiere, which are causing some difficulties. As Providence would have it, Brian Jones just happened to be going there today. He’s just wonderful at dealing with this sort of thing. Could you please send up a bullet prayer for the whole staff team there.
