Heading into day 7, we had quite a long day ahead of us with lots of steep short climbs. The first climb of the day was timed, Granier. I went hard but had to back off about half way up due to knee pain. Later we had a fun ride into the lunch stop as there were attacks and some good racing fun. I would unfortunately pay for those lost matches later. June 9, 2013.

L’altro giorno presentazione del prossimo GIRO d’Italia, la terzultima tappa del 29 maggio 2015 che partirà da Gravellona Toce disegna un percorso che per i 50km conclusivi nella sequenza delle due salite Col St.Pantaléon e Cervinia copia (ricalca) esattamente quanto percorsi mesi prima. Poi scendo a l’Escarene e qui c’è già una prima strada per il Turini (lato sud est). Questo colle ha la prerogativa di avere tre accessi differenti.
