Cheryl's Cancer Treatment
Follow our journey in treatment. Thursday, January 17, 2008. Cheryl's blood test confirmed DPD. So, just like that, no testing, no awareness, she started chemo and it was over as soon as it began. She was aware of the side effects of the treatments and was prepared to deal with those. I got word from her doctor about twenty minutes ago. The emptiness and anger I have felt since last Friday.
