"They're not smores; they're samosas!": June 2005
http://7thevan.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
They're not smores; they're samosas! Saturday, June 18, 2005. 1 I'm not surprised that Michael Jackson was found not guilty of the major charges against him. I am surprised he was acquitted of EVERYTHING. Well that's not quite true.I suppose he is still guilty of being a weirdo. I could be tarred-and-feathered for this if I write this in a city named after a Queen. 3 I picked up a basketball for the first time in years last week. I'm still deadly from beyond the arc. 4 I've lost my golf swing again.

They're not smores; they're samosas! Saturday, July 23, 2005. Simon, I think it's a good thing that I couldn't make it out to Calgary. That was disgraceful. Of all the games to be ill-prepared, sloppy, and ineffective, why did it have to be against Henry Burris and the Stampeders? Posted by Ev(an) at 11:55 PM.

My view of the world from a height of 5ft. 16in. 2005 to 2014. Saturday, May 26, 2007. Finally, after many years of thinking and talking about it, we set out from the Paugan Dam and headed north towards Lac Ste. Marie. We knew we'd only get part-way there before having to turn around but we wanted to discover this area of the Gatineau river and were curious to see how may islands were "kayak-camping" friendly. Paddling in this "reservoir" is an easy opportunity to get away from civilisation for a few hou...
