Domenica 21 marzo 2010. Oggi è il primo giorno di primavera e per andare contro tendenza ho pensato di festeggiarlo con un buon piatto invernale ;-). Dovevo cucinare qualcosa di veloce e mi era avanzata della polenta dalla cena di ieri, quindi ho pensato di farla in cubetti e arricchirla con qualcosa di saporito. Il risultato è stato una sorta di polenta pasticciata "svuota-frigo", ma comunque molto buona e veloce da preparare. 300 g di polenta gialla (già cotta). Pancetta a cubetti o prosciutto cotto.
