Here’s just a small sample of the thrills found here. If you want to see all the other barbed wire samples you will need to wait until we get home. Thanks for visiting as we Ride and Explore! Abilene to Junction City, KS – Day 39. We enjoyed a pretty full day in Abilene. Morning Mud Volleyball and free hotdogs at Eisenhower Park followed by a tour of the Eisenhower Museum and Library. Gene sat out as he was still recovering from the slip and slide/mattress ride. Yes, that is me at the front of the line. If you are ever in Abilene, KS visit Joe Snuffy’s for a great meal and fine hospitality. Eisenhower’s childhood home. I guess it is a hotdog day.
