1 House 2 House: July 2012
http://1house2house.blogspot.com/2012/07/july-2012.html
1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Friday, July 6, 2012. Cedar Breaks National Monument July 5, 2012. Steve at Cedar Breaks. The oldest single living organism on earth. One along this ridge is 1,600 years old. The most fun was watching these guys drill holes and place these steel girders. We were about as up close and personal to a work site as you could get without a hard hat. It was amazing to watch! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Rest of the Story.

1 House 2 House: Grumpasaurus
http://1house2house.blogspot.com/2011/04/call-me-mrs.html
1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Thursday, April 21, 2011. Call me Mrs. Grumpasaurus, but yesterday's trip to the mall left me a little ornery. Really, how could it possibly cost $25 for less than two tablespoons worth of foundation? I didn't even feel better that they wrapped it in red tissue paper and placed it in a tiny black and white glamor shopping bag. I told the sales clerk I needed Twig. She perused the boxes, and perused them again. April 21, 2011 at 3:36 PM.

1 House 2 House: Painters
http://1house2house.blogspot.com/2011/05/painters.html
1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Luis and crew showed up at 7:30 this morning to paint. They have been busily masking the walls and spraying primer in the bedrooms and bathroom. Right now they are laying plastic in the family room and kitchen. Unfortunately I didn't plan ahead because when I went downstairs to snag a snack I found the pantry and refrigerator secure under layers of plastic. Arghhhhh! Maybe you should go to the pancake house for lunch:).

1 House 2 House: June 2011

1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Wednesday, June 22, 2011. I love our pool. I swim in the morning after my walk, in the afternoon when it's super hot, and then again after dark right before bed. I had to get some swimmer's shampoo today because all that pool water can't be good for the doo! Wish all the kids lived closer so they could swim at Grandma's house. :). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 1 House 2 House: August 2010
http://1house2house.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Can I just tell you how much junk we have accumulated over 29 years in this house? I have bags of trash, bags for Goodwill, mountains of books, old furniture I'm giving away, piles for each kid to sort through and store, and the place is a wreck. And this is cleaned up! Plus the house is super dusty after having been closed up for most of a year. I think I have dust bunnies running through my hair while I sleep.

1 House 2 House: November 2010

1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Sunday, November 14, 2010. Air Show at Nellis. Let's just say, the day didn't look too promising. We knew there were crowds, but this seemed like an awfully long line. We were surprised how quickly it moved though. We were in line only about a half hour, and then onto the bus to Nellis Air Force Base. Can you believe the size of this cargo plane? Watching the F-22 Raptor fly was amazing. It was like watching something right out of Star Wars.

1 House 2 House: January 2011
http://1house2house.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Saturday, January 8, 2011. This afternoon as I was walking home from a baby shower, I ran into Devan, my next door neighbor, dragging a grey 5 gallon bucket along behind him. Devan is seven, the social phenomenon of the neighborhood. I hardly knew other kids lived on the street until he moved in and lured them out to play. Hey, Devan," I said. "What are you up to today? A dollar," Jenny said. "A rock is a dollar. The berries are a dollar...Devan...

1 House 2 House: March 2012
http://1house2house.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Thursday, March 22, 2012. Cowboy day at Grandma's house started out with finger painting. Our horses (and kids) had very colorful fur! Next we got all decked out in our cowboy duds! Even the baby buckaroos learned how to cowboy up. We watched a video about real cowboys. That's where Scarlett learned to tip her hat and say "Howdy! After an afternoon siesta, we headed to the park for some more horse time. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

1 House 2 House: September 2010

1 House 2 House. Two people, two states, one life together. Monday, September 27, 2010. Back to 1 House 2 House. I found the coolest thing today. I was going to store the food storage that's in Mylar bags under our bed. I thought it would be a pain getting them back out if I didn't put the bags in something. Ta-da! I found Ziplock XXL Bags. I can fit 10 Mylar bags in each one, and they slide right under the bed. I think it's a wonderful find. Monday, September 20, 2010. Good-bye to a house. Three weeks f...
