We grow happy pigs! Not only do we love heirloom and heritage plants, but heritage piggies as well! What are heritage pigs? In short, heritage pigs are basically what pigs used to be in the old days before the mass breedings of modern day society took over. Modern day pork is being bred for more and more leaness, which is fine if that's what you're looking for, but you lose much of that old-fashioned pork flavor which you cannot get at the grocery store.

Owner, Jenny has been farming since she was a little kid in her grandmother's garden. Her great-grandparents were farmers from England so she has a very long history of "farm blood" in her past! She graduated from UMass, Amherst with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture in 1999. She then went on to start/run a small garden center in Maine for 10 years.
