My mom makes a delicious curry squash soup and I decided to start there. 1 medium yellow onion, chopped. 6-8 yellow squash (6 if large, 8 if small), chopped. You should give them a try! 1 8 oz. can pineapple rings, juice drained and saved. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/2 t garlic powder. 1/8 t ground black pepper.
