Posted by TAAFE.TW. 2016 年 03 月 21 日. 2016 年 03 月 31 日. 新聞稿 通過 公辦都更 前，請先檢討都更、都計爭議. 至今，引起主要爭議的都更問題包含 不見公益與有效參與機制 、 建商擔任實施者主導開發 、 政府濫發容積獎勵 、 政府代為強拆 等，在柯市府的公辦都更政策中不僅未見改善，還宣示將 擴大都更範圍 ，且明顯 以行政速度為名整併、架空人民參與機制 ，整個政策走向只見惡化. 今晨，蔡英文於新聞報導中表示 大規模都更從雙北做起 ，並再度拿防災、拿30年屋齡以上建築作為大規模重建型都更的藉口，正好與日前北副市長林欽榮的 公辦都更元年 、 8 2公辦都更旗艦計畫 相互呼應。 明顯看得出，即將上任的總統蔡英文正是為了北市即將公告實施的 公辦都更實施辦法 、 公辦都更旗艦計畫 鋪路。 我們必須再次嚴正聲明 防災 絕對不該成為發動都市更新推土機的理由 引進資金 更不該是放任建商主導城市發展的藉口. 過去的地震、風災、水災等大規模災難並沒有讓施政者理解 災難風險 的核心問題在於 抑制不當開發。
