Tuesday, June 29, 2010. That about explains it all. NYC on a summer's day in the subway. . All that has changed. I now judge a train by its direct connection, elevator accessibility. And number of stops. I now see the wooden benches as bed bug collectors and poles as grease. So when I needed to take the train this past weekend and the trains were running on their Holiday/Weekend/Summer schedule I decided to wait it out on the Union Square platform where the artist, Tom Otterness. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. So I have been back in reality dealing with the aftermath of the holiday whirlwind. I tepidly stepped on the scale this morning expecting to have gained 5-10 pounds, and am surprised to see the same number as before. Instead of jumping up and down I thought instead, "it must be broken". Ahh to be a girl. She also, to my Joy, has moved from Dora. I think if everyone had Bongers life would be much more fun and we would be much more relaxed. They are designed as helpful massage tools, but as the label says they have multiple uses. Friday, February 26, 2010. Winter I love you, but it is time to go! Point here is, snow is not new to NYC so why do. We act like it is. . People are going into hiding, calling in sick, and claiming it is too difficult to leave their house. OK so maybe I'm playing the "when I was little" Grandpa card, but really! It's just snow. It's wet, it's icy, and it may take more time to get around, but it's just snow. . Here we are again). Engage Abdominals, stabilize pelvis. Head, shoulders and arms flat to the mat.
