You Cannot Lock Up An Idea. You cannot lock up an idea. Like the manufactured white plastic lid on. The overpriced, utilitarian black, soy milk. I buy each morning,. Which, without fail,. Leaks and weeps over the curved edges. Running down the carefully weaved paper. Blurring the black marker symbols. Seeping into the grooves of my hands. And searing them with the white hot, soy milk pain. Sopping onto the floor and staining the new bought carpet. Which no amount of bleach can erase. And into my heart.

Amateur Astronomers, never heard of human anatomy, thinking everything is stardust. Me being a loser and tripping over myself trying to get an outfit photo. Across the street is this rad record shop, but it is closed on wednesdays, so I got no pictures of it inside. (boo.). Emma's outfit. She's cool, and she's the one who founded Plasma Dolphin with me. Her jacket is to die for. Nina loves american apparel, and she also dresses super cool and casual. Me in front of the theatre. Nina and I being sassy.

Winks and exaggerations,. The imbalance of your lips. Make my ambidextrous mind. Like crossing over streets. Of blue computer chip wires. For methods to capture. Photos of the wavelengths of. Littered on stained carpet like. Prompted by droplets of instagram. Paper cuts leave poetry. As grand as the universe. With all the darkness. Wishing pluto was a planet. So these skinny wrists of mine. Could wrap around your. Like floating dust petals. Sewing feelings into veins. Drawing ink from ragged fingernails.

Back Again, Sorry Bowie. Heh, heh. Hey guys. Wow, long time no see. I'm cowering slightly at your looks of disproval as I return shamefully to this blog which I have seriously. Neglected. I know I know I know I know terrible human, even worse alien, overall awful person. But, BUT! I am here with some stuff I wanted to post so bear with me and don't hate me too much. The streets of old town in sarajevo. They're packed with people selling all kinds of things. It's fascinating. See, lot's of skies. In Barce...

In the blue TV screen light. WATERMELONS. SUNSHINE. HAZINESS. MOVIES. HEAT. HUMIDITY. LATE BEDTIME. This is a thing I wore a couple days ago to hang out with friends. I felt like the awesome girl power sidekick in a coming of age romcom, yeah! It felt appropriate to use the heathers feet as a background for my own. Me being sassaaaaay. Also excuse the gross hair, it's old. It is all natural though, I grew it myself. This amazing photo, from some magazine, and now I forget. Oof. Links to this post. 18, fi...

Witchy magic / I love carnivals. There's something about the whole vibe, the deep blues and bright reds and blinding yellow that seem to permeate from not only the rides and attractions, but the people walking around themselves. It's rare to see someone with an aura of deep black or sad blue at a carnival, it all seems to be happy colours. Cotton candy skies, gooey romantic couples, that perfect grain on the disposables you take. This is nina being disappointed that she's not tall enough for the ride.

Wet Hot American Summer. Yo, if you haven’t seen The Goonies. It’s definitely not a movie from our generation, but its legacy definitely lives on. As a kid, with a sister who was passionately into 80s and 90s film and her being ten years older than me, I was exposed to this stuff ALL THE TIME. So I grew up with The Goonies. In time to talk about it in the last Plasma issue, but alas, I am a couple months too late. The waterslide scene, and then when they find the pirate ship, Mouth and Stef's awkward hug.
