The home of an award winning Stafford running club. Park Runs & Races. Mustering and other rules. Next beginner’s course – September 2015. Registration and indoor introduction to the course will be held at Rising Brook Baptist Church ST17 9LT . The course lasts for 12 weeks and starts with more walking than running.
