Origin of Servers was my first piece of published fiction for System i News, and IBM Systems trade publication. It started when one of the editors, Linda Harty, asked if someone would write a novel featuring the IBM iSeries during November for NaNoWriMo. I had never heard of this, but I agreed to write a short story. The story can be found here. Nanowrimo why does my word count differ? This is a test? This is a test?
