We are now into January and since I’ve last updated little girl has been doing remarkably well. We are in a holding pattern for now, just waiting on Carly to grow, and grow she has! We are officially out of diapers! She was so easy to train, that it makes me wish we’d done it months ago and she’s only had one accident since we decided to pitch the pampers! Look at those smiles!

Living An Active Full Life. Gratitude List 35 →. Quick and Easy Roast. January 26, 2015. I found this recipe here at Iowa Girl Eats. I pinned it for use at a later time. Later came today. I came home late tonight and the meal I had planned would just take too long. I had gotten a couple of roasts this weekend so I decided this was a good night to try this recipe. I have to tell you it is fantastic and best of all easy. 2-3 lb roast ( I used a top round roast). Fresh or dried rosemary. Quick and Easy Roast.
