When your camera’s battery is charged and a memory card is inserted, you are ready to shoot. But what else should you consider? Memory cards have become very affordable - get one, and don’t count on the tiny memory built into the camera, or the small memory card that may have come with it. A 4 to 32 Megabyte memory card, for example, will cost you five to twenty-five dollars on line (or less), and will hold up to 800 photos at a medium megapixel setting, given or take.
