I was dreading going to the gym yesterday because I was sure that it was going to be packed again. I needed a bench for bench 1, and I didn’t feel like sitting around waiting for one. Lo and behold the gym was empty. All the college kids gave up and decided that chasing girls was more fun than working out on winter break. Smart kids. The Tiny Plates all look Alike.

Squat PR of 365. It flew up, no grinding at all. I was happy for this. After the squat PR and deadlift shin drag I was making some post-workout eggs and burned the absolute shit out of my hand. I think I deserve another PR to balance the karmic scales back. I weighed in at 210 this morning. Pullups 10,10,10,9,9.

Enough is enough; I’m realizing that I’m going to have to up my calories some in order to stay Goldilocks. My lifts were shit today and I blame the weight loss. This crash causes me to take longer breaks in between sets, and causes the workouts to take too long. I’m not sure what it is about squats and deadlifts that take all my energy out of me, but those days are draining for sure. Here’s what the workouts have been looking like:.
