I wanted to give my abs a good beating, and so I created my own Plank Challenge! Here it is…. Plank for 1 Minute. Rest for 1 Minute. Repeat until you can do no more! I made it to 34 minutes, which is 17 minutes of planking. Today my abs hurt, and I love it! I will wait a few days and train other areas, and come back and try to beat my record. I’ll keep you posted! March 4, 2013.

3 months to go…. Skip to primary content. March 20, 2013. There is nothing like a new piece of kit to motivate you to work out. Welcome…. my new cycling gloves 🙂. They are pink to match my jacket, and with padded palms to make cycling over distance much more comfortable! I highly recommend buying a pair if you cycle regularly. If I’m not at home, I can’t sit there doing nothing, eating! I cycled to the next town (about 4 miles), did a little shopping, then home again, and I loved it!
